When it comes to printed items, there are thousands of options available. We do not carry stock, so pricing can vary depending on availability, cost fluctuations, etc. See PRICING CATALOGS that will give you a general idea of items we can offer and general prices. However, this is not an exclusive list. CONTACT US with your ideas and we will be happy to send over options to get a more accurate price quote.
Prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting a great value for your design project. Design jobs are charged by the hour. Typical graphic design projects are $45 per hour, flat fee for a small to med setup job, and I have set up some pre-set fees based on what the average time spent on that project runs. We typically bill in 15 min increments. If you have small changes to a pre-existing file that takes 5 min for a quick update, we will charge a min of 15 minutes. I also do video editing at a rate of $85 per hour.
JAGS is your one-stop shop for all your design & printing needs. We offer graphic design, printing, promotional products, as well as other business consulting services and photography.
We first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. SEE OUR LOGO DESIGN PACKAGES TO FIND WHAT BEST FITS YOUR NEEDS. Typically, we provide 3 initial concepts to start and then 3 tweaks after that. If more design concepts are needed, an additional fee may be incurred due to time spent on the project and not being able to work on other client projects.
All prices quoted are valid for 14 business days from the date of stated on the quotation.
AFTER the ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ESTIMATE is signed, a processing fee equal to 10% of the total order amount (minimum of $15) will be charged for each job cancellation if it is requested BEFORE it is sent to the press. Once an order has been sent to the press and/or design work has been started, the job CANNOT be changed and there will be NO REFUNDS. A courtesy 24 hr waiting period after the quote is signed will be given before starting the design and/or processing.
Signing this agreement verifies the information is accurate and ready to process an accurate price quote. Changes may be made or cancelled at any time prior to the price quote being signed. Make sure all contact info, product details, quantities are accurate.

After the final proof has been approved and the official invoice is sent, you may not longer make changes to shipping options or cancelation without penalty.
Only repeat customers are eligible for 15 day terms. All new customers must pay INVOICE before order is processed for FINAL PRINT. At this time we do not offer terms longer than 15 days.

A vector file is an image that can scale to any size without losing its quality and clarity. They can be created and edited with vector editing apps like Adobe Illustrator and Inkscape, and come as .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG files.
For a document to be Camera Ready means that the printing company can use the digital art file “as is,” and that no file editing on their end is required
Yes. Designs and projects are saved in order to easily accommodate reorders.
If there was a mistake on the order and we accept it as our responsibility, you may be asked to return the entire job, and we can reprint the job at no extra cost to you. We make every effort to correct mistakes that are our responsibility, so you can receive a product that you are satisfied with. We will not reprint materials for any errors approved by the customer including but not limited to layout, numbers, spelling, grammar, punctuation, spacing, bleed, resolution, graphics, size, and orientation/alignment. We also do not reprint for errors in customer-provided artwork.
If a design is TRULY print-ready and no manipulations are needed, then, yes, I will waive the design/set-up fee. However, many clients are not aware of what print-ready means. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY DESIGN CREATED IN A MICROSOFT SOFTWARE SUCH AS WORD, POWER POINT, PUBLISHER, EXCEL, ETC. AS PRINT-READY. I prefer a high resolution vector file (.eps, .svg, .ai, .indd, .psd), I will also accept high resolution .pdf, .png, .jpg in SOME cases if sized appropriately. A high resolution file is 300dpi or over. Anything less than 300dpi I cannot guarantee the quality of the printing. Please ensure all vector files have fonts outlined and images embedded. Please package any InDesign files properly.
